2) Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must have legal capacity under applicable law.

  • If you create an account or submit an application, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and remain responsible for all activity under your account.

3) Program Information

  • Program details (length, tuition, schedules, equipment, certification) may change; updates will appear on this site or be sent to the contact details you provide.

  • Class materials, workshop schedules, and Open House events may be adjusted for operational, safety, or force-majeure reasons.

4) Enrollment, Tuition & Refunds

  • Enrollment steps, payment deadlines, financial aid/waivers, and class/workshop refund or cancellation rules are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy (see Help & Policies).

  • Some programs have limited seats and/or entry requirements (e.g., interview or skills assessment).

5) Conduct & Safety

  • You must follow our Student Code of Conduct and all safety rules for studios/venues (audio, lighting, power, rigging).

  • Harassment, discrimination, illegal substances, violence, and property damage are prohibited and may result in suspension or removal.

  • For minors, Youth Protection/Background Checks apply to staff/mentors pursuant to Pennsylvania law.

6) Intellectual Property

  • All website content (logos, images, videos, guides, curricula) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit content commercially without written permission.

  • Student works created within coursework may remain the student’s property; the student grants us a non-exclusive license to reference excerpts for educational and promotional purposes (subject to a signed Media Release).

7) User Submissions

When posting reviews, comments, or project content, you represent you have the rights to that content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or contain unlawful or harmful material.

8) Privacy & Cookies

Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy; cookies and similar technologies are described in our Cookie Policy.

9) Third-Party Services

This website may link to third-party platforms (payments, scheduling, social media). We are not responsible for their content or policies.

10) Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including non-infringement, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and U.S. federal law. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; failing that, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Pennsylvania.
